About me

I’ve been a writer for as long as I can remember, journaling, writing fan fiction, even passing notes to my family instead of speaking. Writing has always felt like the easiest way to connect with others.

Before going full-time freelance, I spent 9 years in academia as a researcher and teaching assistant while earning my Ph.D. in computer engineering. That time taught me how to break down complex ideas and support others in finding their way — skills I use just as much now as a mentor as I did back then.

I’ve been freelancing for 6+ years and have worked with everyone from scrappy startups to global brands. Along the way, I’ve learned how to build a business that fits me: quieter, slower, more intentional.
